You are invited to this monthly Women’s Power Circle & Cacao Ceremony in Toronto to reconnect with your feminine energy in a warm and welcoming space.
Together, we will discuss what it means to experience our feminine power and create from that place in our daily lives.
During the guided journey, you will be supported in feeling the unique essence of your feminine power in your body.
There will be an invitation to let go of any limitations that may stand in the way of your fullest expansion.
Something magical happens when women gather in sisterhood.
They nourish, they flourish, they grow bigger, full of an undeniable sense of rightness within themselves.
Meet us in the sacred space of a Toronto Women’s Circle and the powerful medicine of Cacao Ceremony
Cacao Ceremony
We will begin the Circle with an intentional Cacao Ceremony
inviting you to soften, and drop into your body
the cacao will support the opening of your heart
allowing your power to be felt.
Women’s Circle
The circle continues with a transmission and genuine shares
exploring your relationship to your power and
your feminine energy,
and noticing anything that may limit or diminish it.
Guided Journey
You will be guided in a gentle meditation to ground into your body,
quiet your mind,
feel deeply to connect with your feminine power,
and let go of what not longer serves you.

Meet Emilie the guide of this Women’s Circle
I am a deeply intuitive guide. I often speak what needs to be heard in the room, and no circle is ever exactly the same.
The strength of my work lies in my ability to work with the invisible — the felt senses, the experiences stored in the body, all that lives hidden in the dark and yet longs to be seen.
My approach is deep, yet also very gentle and warm. I invite you to meet what is ready to be healed and to lean into the places within you that are ready to grow.
When you come to a Women’s Circle, you are held by a woman who sees your power — and who gently invites it to shine and expand to its fullest potential.
There is a profound purpose in embodying the feminine energy that lives within you, and I feel honored to support you on this journey.
Since 2017, I have been working as a Coach, offering 1:1 Somatic Coaching and Energy Work sessions at my office on the Danforth and online.
Details About the Women’s Power Circle & Cacao Ceremony
The Women’s Power Circle & Cacao Ceremony is held monthly and is open to 6 women.
The contribution is $44 and you can book your spot through the link below.
The event is held at Inner Arts Collective, 257 Danforth Avenue in Toronto (5-minute walk from Broadview Station).
The upcoming date is Sunday, September 13th @ 4-6pm. 4pm-6pm.
Please note that there are no refunds, but you may transfer your spot to another date with 24 hours notice.

This circle aims to support women to connect with their power and notice any conditioning that is limiting the fullness of their energy and expression.

We will discuss topics like embodiment, connecting to feminine energy, aligning the mind to be supportive, addressing limiting conditioning, and connecting through our experiences.

Ceremonial Cacao is a gentle heart-opening medicine. It will support you in being present in your body and feel grounded.

The event is for women only. I have found that it helps to create a sense of sisterhood in sharing similar experiences. If you identify as a woman, you are welcome to join.

We begin with a gentle meditation and introduction to Ceremonial Cacao. The facilitator will offer some teachings on our relationship to feminine power and how to embody it even more. Then, there will be space open for shares. Finally, you will be guided into an embodiment meditation to feel your power and let go of anything that isn't aligned with it.
