WOMEN’S CIRCLES IN TORONTO

A women’s circle is a place that holds ancient wisdom in our modern world, gently guiding you back home to your feminine power.

When we gather in a women’s circle, we experience a deeper permission to feel the feminine energy that lives in us.

It’s an energy that has unfortunately been left aside, sometimes forgotten in a world where performing, being functional and in the ‘‘doing’’ mode rule most of our lives.

Together, we slow down to reconnect with the wisdom that lives in our body and in our womb space.

We share our experiences with other women (only if you want to), as a means of inspiring each other, and growing together.

This monthly Women’s Circle in Toronto invites you to experience the beauty of sisterhood while reconnecting with your body, your voice, and your feminine power.

A Women’s Circle is for those who feel called to:

  • Reconnect with their feminine energy

  • Experience meaningful sisterhood

  • Explore their personal growth in a safe space

  • Open their heart through a Cacao Ceremony

  • Deepen their relationship with their intuition

Testimonials about our Women’s Power Circle & Cacao Ceremony in Toronto

“Emilie's Women's Circles are a safe space of feminine expression and exploration. I have really enjoyed the connections made with the women who gather with her. Deep conversations, guided meditations, and the use of cacao ceremony harmonize us in a truly beautiful way.”

- Adrianna

“Emilie has a crazy ability to speak to and lead the group, while simultaneously delivering deeply personalized and resonant messages for each individual. There were so many things she said that struck my soul. She is also a fantastic facilitator of guided meditation. Everyone that participated had a huge personal realization.

I walked out with so much awareness of self. I had walked in feeling numb, and left with an embodied knowing of where I was stuck, what needed to be grieved, and the power that lies beyond that. Emilie really walks the path of her own teachings and as such, her presence and energy lends itself to supporting finding your own knowing. It was as if being around her opened doors within myself that I didn’t know I had shut.

The cacao itself was beautiful and comes from a 100% Mayan owned indigenous women’s collective. Emilie prepared it very well and it was very gentle on the stomach and nervous system.”

-Laura

Meet Emilie, the guide of these Women’s Circles

My work is deeply intuitive. I often speak what needs to be heard in the room, and no circle is ever exactly the same.

The strength of my work lies in my ability to work with the invisible — the felt senses, the experiences stored in the body, all that lives hidden in the dark and yet longs to be seen.

My approach is deep, yet also very gentle and warm. I invite you to meet what is ready to be healed and to expand into the places within you that are ready to grow.

When you come to a Women’s Circle, you are held by a woman who sees your power — and who gently invites it to shine and expand to its fullest potential.

There is a profound purpose in embodying the feminine energy that lives within you, and I feel honored to support you on this journey.

Since 2017, I have been working as a coach, offering 1-1 Feminine Somatic Coaching and Energy Work sessions at my office on the Danforth and online.

Q & A about Women’s Circles and Cacao Ceremony

  • Anywhere between 6 to 8 women. The small group setting is perfect to create an intimate and deep experience.

  • The women’s circle aims to support women to connect with their power and notice any conditionning that is limiting the fullness of their energy and expression.

  • We will discuss topic like embodiment, connecting to the feminine energy, aligning the mind to be supportive, addressing limiting conditionning and connect through our experiences.

  • Ceremonial Cacao is a gentle heart-opening medicine. It will support you to be present to your body and feel grounded.

  • There will be fruits and nuts at the event. Ceremonial Cacao is more powerful when we consume it on an empty stomach. But if this is your first ceremony, yes it can be good to eat something beforehand.

  • The event is for women only. I have found that it helps to create a sense of sisterhood in sharing similar experiences. If you identify as a woman, you are welcome to join.

  • Unfortunately, it is not. There are a few steps to enter the building. If there is any support that may help you to join, please feel free to email me at info@emiliegb.com

  • We begin with a gentle meditation and introduction to Ceremonial Cacao. The facilitator will offer some teachings on our relationship to feminine power and how to embody it even more. Then, there will be space open for shares. Finally, you will be guided into an embodiment meditation to feel your power and let go of anything that isn’t aligned for it.

  • This monthly Women’s Circle is held in Toronto’s East End, near Broadview Station, and welcomes women from across the city.
