Allowing Healing Through the Body
Energy Work is a hands-on session to allow deep healing of memories and experiences that are held in the body and to nourish your energy.
What to Expect during an Energy Work session
We begin with a conversation so I can better understand your experiences and know how I can best support you.
To set up for the Energy Work, you will be invited to lie down on a massage table, under a sheet and blanket. You may choose to disrobe or keep your clothes on, as you prefer.
During the Energy Work session, you will receive a gentle touch on body, mainly on your feet, womb, stomach, chest and head. You be gently guided through a meditation throughout the session.
There will be an invitation to bring your attention to your body, and as the session progresses, you will be supported to connect, love and release what may arise.
There will be time after the session to integrate your experience, and I will be sharing with you what I saw, and any additional messages useful to share with you.
Meet Emilie, Somatic Coach and Energy Work practitioner
I am an intuitive guide with 10 years' experience in Somatic Healing, Energy Work and Sexual Wellness.
Trained in Social Work, I transitioned into a more holistic approach, when I began my own spiritual journey. I support my clients to experience profound transformation by meeting their experiences through the body.
I am deeply devoted to women's power. My approach is gentle and deep, serving the power that lives in each person.

Details about the Energy Work Session
Each session is a private, one-on-one experience tailored to where you are on your journey.
This session is held in the East end of Toronto - 257 Danforth Avenue. The center is close to Broadview station and there is available parking in front of the venue.
All taxes are included in the rates.
60-minute : $188
90-minute session : $222

The best way to begin is to book a 30-minute Initial Connection Call.
We'll meet on Zoom to talk about your current experience and the changes you'd like to bring into your life. I'll share more about how I work, and together we can see if it feels like a good fit.
The Initial Connection Call is $44, and it will be deducted from any work you choose to do with me in the future.
