This work will support you to connect with your Feminine Energy and to Embody your Power fully. On the journey together you will be supported to work through any patterns, limiting beliefs & trauma that you may be experiencing.
During our session, instead of focussing on the thinking mind, you will be gently guided to dive into the sensations in the body, into the realm of the feminine, uncovering the roots of your experiences so you can heal in a profound and lasting way.
You will be supported to feel into your power, hearing the wisdom of your Feminine Energy, and connecting with that deep sense of alignment to what is true for you.

Meet your Feminine Power Coach Emilie Guimond-Bélanger
I am a deeply intuitive guide. The strength of my work is to be able to work with the invisible, the felt senses, the emotions stored in the body - all that lives hidden in the dark, and yet longs to be seen.
My approach is gentle Somatic Work, inviting you to meet the parts of you that are wounded, hold pain from past experiences or patterns that are not conducive of your fulfillment.
When we work with these parts, they are brought to the light, allowing healing in the deepest way possible - through your body.
While working with me, you are held by a woman who sees your power, who invites it to shine, to expand to its fullest potential.

Before beginning my work as a Somatic Coach in 2017, I was a Social Worker supporting homeless people downtown Montréal. I also worked with victims of Domestic Violence and criminalized populations at the beginning of my career.
