In our Toronto’s Women Circle, you will be led into journey work
looking deeply in yourself, feeling into your body
to embody your power, in exactly how big it is.
And to explore any places that may feel scared of it, or wants to keep it small.
Letting go of anything that is no longer serving your expansion.

With the heart-warming medicine of a Cacao Ceremony,
you will be invited to open your heart,
find more surrender where you might be gripping,
allowing more connection and nourishment to flow in,
and easing any tightness you may feel in your body.

Meet Emilie the guide of this Women’s Circle
I’m passionate about women’s power and about guiding women back to the wisdom of their body.
My path began years ago as a Social Worker supporting homeless women, where I first witnessed the resilience, sensitivity, and strength that live within women.
After a painful breakup, my own healing journey led me into the feminine spiritual path — where I began to explore embodiment, trauma healing, and the connection between sexuality and inner power.
Since 2017, I’ve supported hundreds of women in navigating the transformative journey of womanhood — helping them meet themselves more deeply, come home to their bodies, and live from the profound truth that lives within them.

The Women’s Power Circle & Cacao Ceremony is held monthly and open for 8 women to attend.
The contribution is $44 and you can book your spot through the link below.
The event is held at Inner Arts Collective 257 Danforth avenue, Toronto (5 minutes walk to Broadview station)
The upcoming date is Sunday December 14th 4pm-6pm.
Please note that there is no refunds, but you will be able to switch dates if you can’t make it. I only ask that you give a 24 hours notice.

You can totally come by yourself or bring a friend, this event is a beautiful place of connection for all women to feel welcomed.

Q & A about Women Circle and Cacao Ceremony

Anywhere between 5-8 women. The small group setting is perfect to create an intimate and deep experience.

The women’s circle aims to support women to connect with their power and notice any conditionning that is limiting the fullness of their energy and expression.

We will discuss topic like embodiment, connecting to the feminine energy, aligning the mind to be supportive, addressing limiting conditionning and connect through our experiences.

Ceremonial Cacao is a gentle heart-opening medicine. It will support you to be present to your body and feel grounded.

There will be fruits and nuts at the event. Ceremonial Cacao is more powerful when we consume it on an empty stomach. But if this is your first ceremony, yes it can be good to eat something beforehand.

The event is for women only. I have found that it helps to create a sense of sisterhood in sharing similar experiences. If you identify as a woman, you are welcome to join.

We begin with a gentle meditation and introduction to Ceremonial Cacao. The facilitator will offer some teachings on our relationship to feminine power and how to embody it even more. Then, there will be space open for shares. Finally, you will be guided into an embodiment meditation to feel your power and let go of anything that isn’t aligned with it.
