EXPERIENCE SOMATIC HEALING

ESSENCE is a deep immersion into healing any fears, patterns and wounds that are no longer serving you.

As we slow down for a full week, we create space for you to come home to your body, and meet the pain and challenges that may be present.

You will be supported through group Somatic Guided Journeys and Energy Work to allow you to experience a profound and lasting healing.

We will be meeting daily in circles so there is space for each woman’s experience to be met.

I’m a deeply intuitive guide. The strength of my work is to be able to work with the invisible, the felt senses, the emotions stored in the body - all that lives hidden in the dark, and yet longs to be seen.

When we work with these parts, they are brought to light, allowing healing in the deepest way possible - through your body.

  • Pick-up will be on Sunday, November 15th at 10am in Guatemala City.

    Drop-off will be at 5pm in Guatemala City on Saturday, November 21st.

  • It is optional, but recommended.

    Each participant remains responsible for organizing her own travel arrangements (excluding the shuttles organized by the retreat), obtaining her personal insurance, and complying with the entry requirements of the host country.

    No liability shall be held against Emilie Guimond-Bélanger and/or the retreat organizers for any incident, accident, unforeseen event, delay, or loss not covered by the participant’s personal insurance.
