What Is a Women’s Circle? (And Why They Are So Powerful in Toronto)

A Women’s Circle is a space where you are invited to remember your power as a woman. A space where you can feel safe to be met in your challenges, and seen in your fullness.

In a busy world that is so often more concerned with doing, a Women’s Circle is a moment where we stop to simply be.

These Women’s Circles are held in Toronto, creating a space for women in the city to gather, slow down, and reconnect to themselves in a powerful way.

The Benefits of a Women’s Circle

In a Women’s Circle, you are held in a nourishing space that feels safe. You can vulnerably share your challenges, struggles, or experiences and be met by other women.

This experience is profound because we begin to realize how deeply we can relate to one another. Even when our circumstances are different, our inner experiences often mirror each other.

  • being tired of taking care of other people’s needs

  • finding it difficult to set boundaries

  • having a challenging time dropping into feminine energy

What comes out of a Women’s Circle is very often the experiences that most women know. And certainly, some people choose to stay quiet, and don’t feel comfortable sharing, which is also perfect. Sometimes it feels good just to be immersed in this connected environment.

A Space to Reconnect to Your Feminine Energy

It’s no secret that there is a lot of masculine power in today’s world. The energy of going out there, succeeding, achieving, doing. Feminine Power invites us more deeply into being. This energy has largely been denied and deemed as less important. In a Women’s Circle, we reconnect to that power, that wisdom that lives within us.

During the circle, you are invited to connect more deeply to your body, to hear the voice of your own intuition, to feel into what is true for you. Together, as women, we remember our power and we give it back its lettres de noblesse - we recognize its nobility. Together, we practice being in our feminine power by :

  • connecting to your body

  • listening to your intuition

  • hearing what is true for you

As we embody this power, this creative force in ourselves, we begin to bring more light to this part of us, allowing her to be more integrated into your life.

Attending a Women’s Circle in Toronto

Often, people wonder what exactly to expect during this event. After hosting them twice a month for over a year, I can say that they are fun - you’ll certainly laugh - and they are deep and vulnerable.

Each woman is invited to participate at her own level of comfort. No one is put on the spot, all of it is an open invitation.
