SENSATE
a partners connection practice to deepen intimacy through sensations in the body
‘‘In the same way the language of paint is color and the language of music is sound, the language of intimate life is sensation.’’
-Nicole Daedone
SENSATE workshop is a profound experience for couples to bring back their attention into the sensations in their body.
It’s an invitation to cultivate this experience of surrender that we feel when we are feeling safe with someone we love.
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to discover an intimacy practice in which each person is invited to feel the depth of sensations in their body. This connection practice invites a partner to offer a gentle and conscious touch on their partner’s clitoris.
The sexual experience is held in the context of a meditative, felt senses in which there are no goals other than being present with the sensations. The touch is made on a specific spot of the clitoris, the upper left hand quadrant.
This conscious practice creates a unique container that allows
To support both partners to connect more deeply to their body
To develop a sense of resonance - the capacity to feel what your partner is feeling
Letting go of any performance, goals or ideas of what should happen to nourish the present felt senses.
Anchor the nervous system
Cultivate the capacity to open and receive in a surrendered state.
Express desires and communicate what is true
In this workshop you will learn the principles of this practice as well as the steps to experience it. This will support your couple to deepen your intimacy, surrender and trust. During the workshop, you will be invited to experience a first practice with the guidance of your teacher Emilie Guimond-Bélanger.
Testimonials from previous participants
‘‘We absolutely loved this workshop… My partner and I deepened our listening skills, our bond of trust, and our intimacy… and all of this while having a great time! Emilie led a workshop with kindness and clarity, perfectly balanced: theory, practice, and discussions, allowing participants to make sense of their experience, integrate concepts, and learn from others as well. Thank you ♥️’’

It’s been a couple of months since we attended Émilie’s sensate workshop, and it has truly been a revelation for us.
It brought us back to the essentials — creating time and space in our lives simply to feel touch. To let go of goals, outcomes, or expectations, and instead just be present. To communicate discomfort, pleasure, and genuine insights. It helped dissolve shame and created a space where we felt free to express what was going on without the fear of hurting each other’s feelings. It also made receiving feedback feel safe — not as criticism, but as an invitation. Honestly, it was liberating.
Of course, it helped us in our sexuality — but it also profoundly improved our overall communication.
Our sex life has improved tenfold. And we already had a strong erotic connection! But now, the depth of our connection is even more tangible.
So do we recommend this workshop?
That would be a big, enthusiastic “F*ck yes!”
And what can we say about Émilie?
She’s such a warm, compassionate, and grounded presence. Her energy is loving, tender, and deeply caring. She made us feel safe and gently guided us through what were, at first, awkward steps — all the way to a place of freedom and relaxation we never thought possible in a group setting.
We’re just a little sad she’s no longer based in Montréal.
Merci, Émilie.

I came to the Sensate workshop with the intention of exploring and discovering the clitoral area with my partner, but what I found was an unexpected depth. Emilie created a safe and well-held space to guide us through this delicate exploration. The different movements and pressures, along with the slowness without any goal to reach, allowed me to fully inhabit my body and to open in trust and safety.
In complete vulnerability, I opened like a rose and felt heavy crystallized memories in this area finally release. My past relational dynamics with former partners were rather transactional, where the other’s needs always came before my own desire. In the past, when my clitoris was touched, I would dissociate from my body, because I knew that after my orgasm, he would “empty” himself inside me—and I always ended up crying afterwards.
During the workshop, I was able to bring myself back into my body several times. At last, I felt a deep sense of safety and my body softened. I cried for all those years of non-consent, and my partner received me fully. With Emilie’s workshop, I was able to begin practicing communication, step out of my head, inhabit my body, and express my needs and preferences with confidence and safety.
What a liberation! I truly feel that I am reclaiming my power. Thank you Emilie for creating these spaces that allow expansion, empowerment, and so much more! ✨🌹🔥🪷

Nice to meet you, I’m Emilie, Sexuality and Feminine Power Coach
Sexuality has held very deep initiations in my life since I was a teenager. Struggling to be in my body, to have orgasms, to create relationships that were nourishing. After a painful breakup, I began the spiritual inquiry of my own wounds and trauma. I discovered sexual practices that I now teach to experience more connection with my body and my feminine energy.
Since 2017, through my work as a coach, I have supported hundreds of women move through the gauntlet of transformation that is womanhood.
This is what I’m here for. To support women and couples to find their way home inside of themselves and create a life of fullfillment. The journey of returning to our own power and creative force.

This workshop is different from Orgasmic meditation practice (which I taught for many years). I chose to change some elements of the container to adapt them to couples who desire to have a more personalized experience. For example, we don’t use gloves and the duration of the practice can vary.
