This Initial Connection Call is a beautiful way to begin — or to go deeper — on your journey of coming home to your body and reclaiming your feminine power.
It’s a space to connect, to share what’s alive for you, and to explore what could become possible through working together.
What We Can Explore Together
During our time together, we’ll take the space to feel into what’s present and alive for you — and explore what’s asking to be seen.
This might include:
Patterns that tend to repeat themselves in your life or relationships
Wounds or past experiences that may be holding you back from what you truly desire
What is coming up in your sex life and in your relationship with your body
Your relationship to your feminine power, and what it would look like to allow it unfold and expand in every part of your life.
About My Work
My work is all about embodying your transformation — not just talking about it.
Through somatic and energetic practices, I guide you to see what lies at the root of your experience — and support you in transforming it, so that the change created is deep and lasting.

Whether you feel called to begin with a single session or to commit to a longer journey, both options are available.
Some women come for one or a few sessions — to receive guidance, clarity, or support around something that’s asking for attention right now.
For some women, the call is for a deeper process — a transformation that unfolds through The Feminine Embodiment Journey, a six to twelve-month path to root into their feminine power fully and to let every part of life be created from that place.
What matters most is that the pace and depth of the work feel supportive for where you are right now.

I’m passionate about women’s power and about guiding women back to the wisdom of their body.
My path began years ago as a Social Worker supporting homeless women, where I first witnessed the resilience, sensitivity, and strength that live within women.
After a painful breakup, my own healing journey led me into the feminine spiritual path — where I began to explore embodiment, trauma healing, and the connection between sexuality and inner power.
Since 2017, I’ve supported hundreds of women in navigating the transformative journey of womanhood — helping them meet themselves more deeply, come home to their bodies, and live from the profound truth that lives within them.
About the Initial Connection Call
During this call, we’ll take the time to feel into what’s present for you — any challenges or themes around your feminine energy, sexuality, or relationships.
I’ll also share more about my approach and the different ways we can walk this journey together. If it feels right, we can explore a session or coaching container that supports both your desires and your current phase of life.
Sessions are held online via Zoom, and the call is an investment of $44, which will be deducted from any future work you choose to do with me.
Although the Initial Connection call is online only, I’m available for in-person work at my office in the Danforth in Toronto, and online.
